Freedom For Women

Imagine having to work a job where you were enslaved to your employer, where the employer "reserves the right" to beat you, coerce you into pleasing him, and threaten you if you cause trouble on account of it. This employer cannot be threatened and cannot be stopped because this is normal. You have no choice. In spite of this, you have to work cleaning and doing daily chores because, while employed, you are property of your employer. You have no voice. Boldness could bring harm to your whole family. In return you receive a paycheck that I'm sure you drench in tears.

Now imagine having a way out where ties to this employer can be cut because you have learned a skill to earn your own money! Not only that, you have been introduced to Jesus where you can develop boldness in Faith and stand tall in self-worth!

Mercy Unveiled, on behalf of our dear friend and brother, Sunil Hammayun of Faisalabad, Pakistan, is striving to raise funds to help support the first Christian Sewing School where these women CAN learn a trade to earn money for their families and not have to go back into cleaning homes ever again!

This should be something we all desire to make happen for these women. The funds we are raising will help supply sewing machines and materials. Do go to the donate page on our website for ways to donate! You can indeed help make a difference!

**Pictured are the women of the Women's Ministry excited to welcome the enslaved women into their ministry and help make them feel safe and secure! Also pictured is Sunil Hammayun and his lovely family who are putting in all the effort to make this happen.
